There is no parking or even anywhere to stop. You have to park in a public carpark a long way away. Not ideal with bags and in the rain. None of this was mentioned when booking.

Thank you for your review, we do state on our website that sadly we do not have car parking on site and recommend the local car park that is a 2 min walk away from us. You are also welcome to stop outside the front of the building and drop off your luggage with us at anytime. From check in to check out all was brilliant. Staff helpful and friendly particularly Alison and Joanne. Thank you so much. They made a sad weekend better.

Decent stay with a few improvements needed

Few key downsides to note… Ground floor room facing beer garden meant room was in full view & was very noisy until very late. This was expected as we often enjoy pub stays but door to room off the beer garden appeared to be an “internal” door with no insulation/sound dampening like a proper external door which meant it was like they were in the room with us. Water damage around the door suggests this is a long standing issue.
Shower head was clogged with grime but a quick wipe when on full blast fixed it - minor point for the cleaning team as overall the room was very clean & in great order.
