We stayed there for the graduation of our daughter. It was perfect location. Accommodation was nice and all really clean.

Good standard no frills accommodation
Publié le 11 juill. 2019 sur HotelsJust staying a couple of nights in Exeter on a cycling trip. This was economical and convenient, about 15 minute walk into the centre. Room was typical student accommodation: compact, en suite toilet and shower, Wi-Fi/Tea Making/towels / no TV. Room was clean, check-in was easy with friendly helpful staff who also offered secure cycle storage. Breakfast was extra in the main dining hall. Everything was OK for me.

Completely fine and comfortable.

Check-in was a little slow but fine once done.

Exeter on a budget
Publié le 8 août 2016 sur HotelsStudent Accomodation on a lovely campus. There is a kitchen but no china or cutlery, however regular buses to city centre, or a 20 minute walk, take you to a wealth of restaurants and cafes.

Stick to education
Publié le 6 août 2016 sur HotelsUpon arrival they had no knowledge of our booking but they found a room and speedily made it ready, the two people on duty did their best but something had gone wrong with the bookings and they were having to improvise. The one way system to get back out was almost totally unsigned and at night it was really difficult to negotiate, some arrows or white lines to distinguish the roads from the paths which were also wide enough to be roads would have made this easy, also it is about a 1km circuit! We had the last parking space but after venturing out to get some real milk we had to park in a car park for an adjacent part of the University, which we only knew about having asked on arrival. There was no TV (it was not listed that there was one) but there was a fridge, the shower however was excellent, but sadly the bed was very hard and dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable. Without breakfast or a TV it was not good value for money. Sidwell Street is about a mile away and has a range of shops.
