The refrigerator in our room was warm when we came in. Staff said to hit the arctic blast button which cooled it down after about an hour. Arctic blast shuts off after 2 hours, so we had no refrigeration the rest of the night and discovered that in the morning. Staff said they would replace, I hope so.

Our stay was great, the only thing I had a minor issue with was the kids running around the halls at night but I’m sure they just were excited. After 11 I didn’t hear any noises. 10/10 would stay again!

Disappointed twice
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The first time in 2023 there was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain that fell on me when I went to take a shower. Since it was my last day there I chose to leave that evening and drive home. I told the front desk and they refunded me $50. This time 2024 (stupid me) no wash cloth incident but the vent was caked with dust and wasn’t working. The location is very convenient when I go to visit my son, but I’ll look for other options next time.
