Property conditions and cleanliness was the biggest plus. The staff at the main desk were on the most part friendly and welcoming.

They state FREE breakfast when booking but they DO NOT offer free breakfast. Rooms were nice, beds were nice. I was mainly disappointed we couldn't get free breakfast. Also the main lobby is small and gets crowded quickly especially at breakfast since everyone sits to eat.

Evening front desk person unfriendly and socially awkward. Was given a handicapped accessible room although that is not what I booked. The chair in the living room of room 415 is filthy and so overused that you can feel the wood frame in the armrests. The room was not vacuumed upon check-in as we kept stepping on dog kibble from previous people staying in the room. There is even an old partially eaten brownie under the sofa bed. There was construction noise from another floor, even on Saturday morning (after 9:00AM). Breakfast was great. Lobby coming areas are nice and so are the grounds surrounding the property.

Bad policies.

The older lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Huge lobby area but no one is allowed to sit in it. The policy because they have a bar you can only use the lobby if buying from them is crazy and the lady was very rude about it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to these things.

I had to cut my stay short due to the distance from the airport and my early flight and I checked out before the daily check out time, but I was not refunded for my second night stay even though the front clerk confirmed I was checked out and told me to turn in my room keys.

This was my second time staying here, but first time solo traveling with my small children and it was a great experience. There is plenty of shopping and food within a 5 minute drive. The staff here were really great. I felt safe being here, the rooms are always really clean 5/5 stars!
