Ran out of breakfast items at7:45am. They were not bringing out more food. All night there were people running up and down hallways. Room clean. No other issues.

The only reason I gave “average “ was there was a lot of noise from other guests. Running, loud tv and thumping. Also. The shower set up was odd. You had to stand under the shower to adjust the water temp. The room was very clean and staff was awesome.

black mold around shower black mold on ceiling I know they had renovated a few years back because I use Holiday expreess the contracters did a terrible job and you can see the results of their job it is a shame because I liked them but now going to find another hotel

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The laundry room was a major plus as I had to extend my stay for a week. They hotel is a no frills property but the price is perfect for budget travelers. Breakfast in the downstairs lounge is included in the price.

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at this property. The location is perfect for me. The staff has always been great but the rooms are looking a little tired especially the bathrooms. The showers need a refresh. Base of my shower looked like it had mold. No towels, shower mat or tissues in my room.

Staff was not at all hospitable Tap water went bad and they never even apologized, although they changed our room. They offered us no help in the room change. Police were banging on door of a room on our floor. Not very reassuring.
