Publié le 2 août 2017 sur HotelsSejour inoubliable. Le decors est ancien et constitue le charme de l'hotel. Lieu perdu au fin fond de l'Essex où reigne l'harmonie. La beauté du paysage est à couper le souffle. Des repas digne d'un chef... A refaire sans la moindre hésitation...

This was the second time I stayed here, the staff are very friendly and helpful the chef even came in early one day so I could have breakfast. The food is outstanding and the service is 2nd to none.

Staff were excellent, no issues but rooms very dated and tired. We did, however, enjoy our stay.

Have stated a few times before over a number of years - always good - a proper village pub with excellent service, food and beer - I intend to continue staying here when in the area.
