This is not a bed and breakfast as advertised, and we didn't see any hot tubs either. When trying to check in it was chaos. We had to walk in a garage and then upstairs to a cluttered kitchen area and then was told we needed to drive 3-4 blocks to the facility to stay there. It was not good, and we were happy to leave in the morning. We were trying to save money, but not worth it!

Poor. Would not recommend
Posted Aug. 23, 2024 on HotelsPoor. Was sold a standard room with queen bed (which photos showed to have a bathroom). Was put into a single room and the bathroom was down a corridor… very inconvenient for an older guest. Hotel generally understaffed, not very friendly and lacking in amenities.

Facility was more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Room had dormers so low ceilings in room. Refrigerator was in closet and you could not open door completely. Hot was to sink was non-existent. Shower did get warm enough. Proprietor was very friendly.

Nice little out of the way hotel that has comfortable beds. It seems to be a large, converted house that has been converted into a hotel. The office is in the still functional kitchen, which is convenient. For the price point, this place cannot be beat. Check-in is a bit disorgainized at this time. They did manage to check us in on time. The owners/managers seem to care about the success of the three hotels they own. The best breakfast option in the are is the Oasis Bar and Grill. It is simple, it is a bar. but has really excellent food at exceptionally good prices for Fairbanks. We have eaten at several restaurants in Fairbanks and this little dive is the best overall. It is very close to 7 Gables on University.

The property was older but the price for the area was reasonable. The night clerk was great and did a great job taking care of us

Nice place
Posted Aug. 17, 2024 on HotelsEasy check in. Rooms transfer sounds easily so if your looking for sound sleep may need ear plugs. Bed was soft and comfortable. Stairs are a bit hard to move luggage around. Nice place good breakfast. Use of kitchen was very helpful on way to early morning at airport
