Visiting the college kid
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is really a great property. It's an older cabin, but is very comfortable and has everything you would normally need. The location is great with stores and a coffee shop within walking distance, not to mention close to the college. The listing really undersell the river view and the close proximity to the river, it’s really quite beautiful. Also, we got an amazing Aurora Borealis show in the backyard because there is very little light pollution at this property. We can’t wait to go back.

Nice log cabin on the river

Full well stocked kitchen with snacks and breakfast items. Washer and dryer. Although the cabin was comfortable, some items were well worn and could stand to be upgraded and the cabin itself would benefit from a thorough cleaning.

Great location

We needed a place where we could come and go to see the lights and a place where we could have breakfast in and just enjoy being in Fairbanks. The cabin was wonderful. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. The weather was rainy but the view from the front of the cabin was wonderful. Looking out at the peace of the river, especially first thing in the morning.

2-bedroom log cabin
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy daughter and I enjoyed having this cabin as our home base and communication with Martha was a pleasure. She was a wonderful hostess. The cabin was very clean and so comfortable, and being on the river was wonderful. We watched the river activity quite a bit in the evenings.
