Overall the staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good with multiple choices. Hotel staff was helpful and responsive. Only ding was we were there 3 days and never received housekeeping.

When we first got to our room i was texting the person on duty, told them that the fan in the bathroom did not work. I fou d trash behind the tv a whole bag of popcorn. The thermostat was stuck wide open so the heat blasted all day and night so when you took a shower the humidity was bad becuase the fan did not work. And last but not least we booked this hotel becuase it had a pool and the pool was closed. We were not happy with this stay at all checked out and went home a day early.

When you pay for a Hampton you expect Hampton amenities. Instead I had your average motel experience. Staff was condescending, pool was closed and they put out the notice last minute, food was subpar for continental breakfast (unless you like stale muffins and expired yogurt), and the cleanliness lacked (there was old feminine hygiene wrappers left in the trash cans in the bed room). Over all I was seriously disappointed and learned my lesson for the next time..

Overall ok we were given a room behind the elevator (414). Needless to say I didn't get much rest. Also need signage in the hallway indicating directions to stairs. Only sign I see posted is behind the room door, and most people don't pay attention to that. Also please consider putting braille in vital areas.

The staff was not friendly housekeeping Wise slow and clean the rooms every two days and replaced our towels once every four days not good hygiene the morning breakfast was not consistent. The muffins were stale overall disappointed.

It was our first winter drive to fairbanks with the kids and it was perfect night to enjoy pool time with the kids, get a good night rest, and free breakfast before coming back home. My kids loved it!
