The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Wow. Not a good stay. We traveled for 10 hours and came to the hotel as soon as we landed. We had a lot of luggage and started to make ourselves at home in our room. After about an hour, the room was not cooling down so we called the front desk. Maintenance came up and determined the thermostat was broken so they offered us another room. Very inconvenient after just getting settled but we also didn’t want to sleep in a sauna. We packed everything up and headed to our new room. I went first and dropped the first load of stuff off. When I came back a second time, our key wouldn’t work and both of our phones were in the new room. I went to the front desk and got a different key. It didn’t work. Went back down to the front desk and requested maintenance to come up. They messed with it for 15 minutes and determined the key reader was broken. Meanwhile we are just sitting in the hall in our pajamas. They then went to get some tool and that didn’t work. They then went to get a new battery. They ended up having to give us their master key because it still barely worked after that. This was a 2 hour ordeal after we just traveled all day. The hotel itself and the staff were nice.

While the staff was nice, they didnt follow through on any of our requests. We literally called or stopped by the front desk daily to ask for hsk and for new towels. Each afternoon returned to our room never being cleaned or given fresh towels. Ended up having to call again and many times we had to head to the front desk for clean towels. The breakfast was the exact same everyday (5 days in a row) plus the 2 yogurt machines were broken the entire time. They would run out of fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy or breads and bagels and I would have to ask if they had more, some days they did some days we went without. Most days things were cleaned up before the end of the meal times, no oatmeal, coffee or juice 15min before end of service time. The lobby coffee machine was hit or miss if it was working. One of the elevator was also hit or miss as to if it was working. The bathroom shower grout was moldy some places black and that orange color.

We are happy to service rooms for our guests if they request it at the front desk; I will ensure that these requests are promptly communicated to the housekeeping supervisor.
