Wonderful staff. Place just a bit dated. Mold in corner of bathroom tub.

Electrical Issues in Room
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsUpon arrival went into room and found lights not working. Only one lamp in the corner was working on dim. On site manager was very nice going out of her way to find a solution for the issue. She brought in light bulbs, but did not work with the two lights that were out. She went and found a lamp for us. That did give us some light. I did not feel comfortable, staying in a room, knowing that it was some electrical issues. The next morning as we prepare to leave the room start shaking really bad. I’m not sure if it was because of the elevators were on the opposite side of the wall. But it felt like as if you were sitting on top of the washer and it was just shaking. We immediately hurry together our things after waiting on a cart to leave. Not my favorite say. I tried cancel my room it was denied and I felt like we just was in a place we had just had to deal with it.

My husband and I were accommodated after multiple delays and cancellations during the Crowdstrike disruption to air travel. We had been awake for over 30 hours and had been standing the majority of that time. We were so grateful that early check in was available and staff was so empathetic and welcoming. Great staff, nice room, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast!

Booked 2 rooms 3 nights. TV support loose from wall in one room. Bed support extended from under bed in other. My wife and I both hurt ankles several times on it. Breakfast was from 6-9 not 10. Not many choices at breakfast. First time ever had to put eggs in a microwave to warm. Eggs were cold from frig. Limited on towels. Asked for them but were unavailable. Hand sanitizer stations were empty.
