Awful

Awful, view of a staircase rusting stairs. Our room hah, the entrance door didn’t meet the floor so we had to put towels on the floor to make sure no critters came in! The one lounge chair was plastic and we could never close it finally we did. Extra towels nope none for a 3 day stay…clean sheets nope, room never cleaned for our 3 day stay. Amenities these are!!! Nope we have to pay extra charge for our stay we weren’t about to pay for that after $348 …then our key card didn’t work we were so far away from the office I thought I’d have to get an Uber!! Family picked up a up, we didn't have a car. Sadness beyond our grandson an Air Force personal was being buried at Arlington National Cemetery only 24 years old. So with our grief the Hotel only added to that we are 76 n 84 yrs old and in our elder yrs we didn’t expect this hotel to be sub par below expectations. Never ever again will we stay at Extended Stay America again!
