Welcome to your private ground-floor retreat, a cozy one-bedroom studio nestled at the back of our peaceful three-acre family property. This guesthouse offers two distinct units (upstairs and downstairs), each with its own private entrance, ensuring your complete privacy. A shared laundry area with a spacious washer and dryer is available for both units, making extended stays comfortable and convenient.

Step into this newly built studio, thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Inside, you'll find a serene bedroom, a full bathroom, a cozy living room, and a well-equipped kitchenette with all the essentials you need. Stay entertained with the smart TV and stay connected with Wi-Fi, all from the comfort of your charming space.

Enjoy access to the entire property and its amenities! Relax by one of the two fire pits, keep up with your routine in the barn gym, or unwind in the hot tub and pool. The property features several inviting outdoor seating areas where you can savor a glass of wine and take in the peaceful surroundings. Stargazing here is simply magical on clear nights.

When you arrive at our spacious three-acre property, take the gravel road to the left of the main house and park directly in front of the guesthouse for easy access. Your private entrance is through the Green Front Door to the ground-floor unit.

The day before your stay, we’ll send you a personalized entry code for a smooth check-in. Please park on the gravel area upon arrival.

During your stay, feel free to explore and enjoy the entire property! You’ll have access to the lower level, the barn gym, sunroom, cozy fire pits, pool, and hot tub—all here to make your stay relaxing and memorable.

Our property is perfectly situated just 20 minutes from downtown Napa. For a scenic drive, skip the highway and take the beautiful 15-mile back corridor through Wooden Valley. This route winds through pristine countryside, over rolling hills, and brings you into Napa near the Atlas Peak AVA and the world-famous Silverado Trail. If you prefer quicker access, take I-80 to Highway 12 (Jameson Canyon Road). We’re happy to provide detailed directions to ensure a smooth journey!

-Swimming Pool: Dive into relaxation! Please note that the pool has a 10-foot-deep end. The Pool is NOT HEATED. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK as no lifeguard is on duty. Pool Hours: 11 am-9 pm

-Smoke-Free Zone: We kindly ask that you help us keep this a smoke-free environment. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY

-Guest Policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property

-No additional visitors or pets are allowed during your stay.
