Only bits in room to mention - it would be better for families if double beds were queens and shower door placement to turn on water was shocking on body. Soda stream machine was a great touch- enjoyed our atay.

Not bad, not great.

Place beautifully in the mountains
On negatives, a bit worn down: our AC died so we had to move rooms and the hot tub in the pool is not hot at all

You will be happy to know we recently replaced several air conditioning units and are beginning a huge project to update the pool and hot tub area. Went here for just a quick weekend retreat from the city. The staff was all very nice and helpful to answer any questions I had. The wifi wasn't working, but it was because of the recent Microsoft thing, so I know there wasn't anything they could do about that. Also, our key card was VERY finicky. We had to go back to the front desk 3 times to remagnetize it and we were being so careful. But they are available 24/7 and it really was not a big deal. The included buffet breakfast was great. Just be prepared to have some cash for a tip because they do bring drinks to the tables for you and clear up your used plates. Overall, it was a great place for a weekend trip and central to a lot of historic sites.
