Le gérant était très commerçant. On avait réservé une chambre avec deux lits mais a l'arrivée il n'y avait qu'une chambre avec un lit. Pour le désagrément il nous a donné un bon pour une nuitée gratuite dans un autre Motel 6

Everything I expected from a Motel 6. Uncomfortable bed, no amenities. Still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded a week later.

Too many issues

The front desk did everything they could to help with the situation. They were short staffed and very patient.
There are a lot of "full timers" at this motel. Lots of run down vehicles on the property and some questionable people around the property. My wife and kids did not feel safe. I totally understand it is a Motel 6 but this was on another level.
After checking in and getting our keys, we drove to our rooms. One room looked fine so my mom took that room. The other room was meant for my 2 daughters and my wife. The room smelled like a litter box as soon as we walked in. We couldn't stay in there for more than a few minutes. We requested a new room and the front desk was able to help with that. When we walked into room #2, there was no bad odor. Unfortunately there were multiple stains on the bed sheets and a poop was left in the toilet. Thankfully a maid was close by and she changed out the sheets for us. I can't understand how the poop was in the toilet. Even if the previous guest accidentally left it, how did housekeeping miss it?
Both rooms had cleanliness issues (bugs, stains, dirty tubs). My wife chose to drive home with our dog and younger daughter. I stayed with my older daughter and mom for the night.
I did appreciate the front desk and their hard work. I also appreciated the fact that there was no extra fee for the dog. I just couldn't get over the condition of the rooms.
