It's the second time I forget something in this property. The first time we ended up going back to the property because it was a phone and we were able to retrieve it. Now they just said that they would return my call but never did. The last time they also said that and they never did. I think they might turn it into a profit.

The building was quiet, and the area was nice. Coffee was good. But many things were not adequate. The laundry room was closed. Breakfast food was not fresh and not of good quality. Heat/cool temperature was hard/impossible to set. First room had cookie crumbs in the sheets, and they moved us promptly after we complained. Toilet was broken, but it was fixed the next day. In summary, it was not worth the money we paid. Next time we’ll book in the motel next door.

Difference between night and day
This was my 2nd time at the hotel. First time was a great experience but this time, there were problems with the room from the refrigerator not working to the shower not working, light bulbs out in overhead lighting even down to the TV remote not working. Needless to say, I was very disappointed coming off a high from my first experience. The hotel was accommodating and gave me a new room for my 2nd night stay. My new room was much better, reminiscent of my first visit at the hotel. My overall poor rating is because it is important to quality check the rooms before selling them to ensure that things are working properly.
