Room wasn't ready at check-in. Waited an extra hour for cleaning. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. However, house keeping ignored do not disturb sign and entered the room at 0710 with little warning. Then less than 30 minutes later, the fire alarms were set off. Not a very good first experience with this hotel chain.
