Good morning, I'm sorry you did not end up staying with us. We email guests with all the check-in info they need, so it sounds like you had not gotten ahold of a staff member to answer any of your questions. We are very upfront about no elevators, and we take security very seriously, which is why all rooms even have a keypad with a special code to get in. I am also confused as to why you stated we had no available parking. We have 20 spots right in front of the hotel, and even more parking on the north-side of the street. If you plan to stay with us again in the future, you could always give us a call so that a staff member could answer any questions that you may have. We have also fully refunded your card, so you were not charged for anything.

Great location on the square, quiet, and nicely renovated. Good food and coffee nearby.

Good location on the square. Good price. Easy reservations and room access. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Lots of noisy talking late into the night from downstairs. The room was nice and clean except for the floor which wasn't. I would stay there again.

Room was cold, the windows were very drafty because window ac unit was still in letting alot of cold air in

The rooms themselves were ok. No staff on site. Really no sign saying it was motel. Only two towels for our weekend stay. Front door was propped open and honestly anyone could just walk into building ( lacking safety). Stairs were steep with old carpet that probably made the place smell musty. The overhang over the front door housed several pigeons that crapped all over the entry way. We were on the second floor and I understand with the higher heat this past weekend that would make it difficult to cool the room. The was no cooling of the dimly lit hallway that was difficult to see the keypad that was on side of door frame. I would not recommend to anyone I know and would not stay there again

Hello there, We are sad to hear that you did not love your stay at the Landmark Inn. We are a small boutique historic inn and don’t have staff on hand 24/7 due to this town's size, but that doesn’t mean we are not available when you need us. Please know that you could have of course contacted us if you had any safety concerns, but we understand if you were expecting a full hotel experience how you could have been let down. We hope that in the future you could return to our historic inn.
