The homeowner has reviewed your concerns and provided the following response: -We regret to hear that you were dissatisfied with your stay, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback. We're eager to address your concerns and implement improvements based on your suggestions.-We have repaired and replaced the ropes, and we have instructed the property manager to ensure they are better maintained. We have also removed all duct tape to enhance the visual appeal.-The deck border is designed with rope rather than handrails to maintain the character of the house, which many guests appreciate. For accessibility, we offer a wheelchair-friendly walkway with a handrail for safe access to the house and deck. -If you can specify which photos you feel do not accurately depict the house, we will review and address them. Many guests find that the live views of the water and sunsets exceed what the photos capture.-Based on your feedback, we have instructed our lawn maintenance team to increase the frequency of grass cutting. We text all guests upon arrival and would have arranged for immediate lawn service if we had been informed of any issues. We encourage future guests to notify us of any concerns promptly so we can address them quickly.-We do not advertise outdoor dining as the shape of the deck and limited seating space make it impractical to maintain a dining set. While we also appreciate this feature and its appeal, it is not feasible due to space constraints and the wind conditions near the water.-We appreciate your feedback regarding the grill. We have thoroughly cleaned it, ordered replacement grates, and instructed our cleaner to maintain its cleanliness.-We were unaware of the broken remote upstairs but have now replaced it. All other remotes in the home are functioning correctly. -The blinds in the bathroom do cover visibility into the home. However, for added privacy, we have installed window curtains in both the downstairs bathroom and the upstairs bedroom.We value your feedback and encourage future guests to reach out to us with any reasonable concerns so we can address them promptly.
