I reserved a room online and when i got to the location the front desk refused to give me a key and was extremely rude

kept getting noise complaints every time we he's the TV volume above 4 and every time we spoke above a whisper customer service is non-existent they acted like they did us a favor takeing way too much of our money and giving us a room
