Musty smelling room Mold in the bathtub And I am pretty sure they have bed bugs Stayed there for one might after missing a flight. Woke up with a cluster of bug bites on my arm.

I choose to book at this hotel again. The staff was kind, room was clean, room service was offered and my stay was peaceful.

Absolutely do not recommend booking here. First off, hotel is in a terrible location. Secondly we got to the hotel later because we were driving 8 hours to get there. Front desk would not allow us to check in stating “our reservation has expired” despite us being in the check in window stated on the Travelocity information. Hotel would not refund us either stating it was a non refundable booking. Luckily I had booked travel insurance so I’m trying to get the money back that way. Overall I’m disgusted with this property and would not recommend anyone ever to book here. You’re way better off staying at the Hampton. It’s close in price in a better location and the staff are way nicer. Oh and they’ll actually let you check in.

Not the best accommodation

The first room we were offered was very dirty, dirty bedspread on the bed and no top sheet, no towels. The room we stayed in was better, bed linen was clean, but bedspread dirty and very dirty carpet. Took ages to get checked in and when we checked out we had to wait for someone to go and check our room before we could get our deposit back.
