Absolutely do not recommend booking here. First off, hotel is in a terrible location. Secondly we got to the hotel later because we were driving 8 hours to get there. Front desk would not allow us to check in stating “our reservation has expired” despite us being in the check in window stated on the Travelocity information. Hotel would not refund us either stating it was a non refundable booking. Luckily I had booked travel insurance so I’m trying to get the money back that way. Overall I’m disgusted with this property and would not recommend anyone ever to book here. You’re way better off staying at the Hampton. It’s close in price in a better location and the staff are way nicer. Oh and they’ll actually let you check in.

I was overcharged and then my deposit wasn't refunded. When asking to speak with a manager was told he's unavailable on weekends. I called several times with my bank 3 way about my deposit and she refused to answer after my first call. There was no refrigerator,floors were horribly stained.

This hotel made me rethink my bottom line when it comes to places I stay. They give you the tv remote when you check in and the tv barely plays and it’s mounted high on the wall with no stand or anything so you can’t connect anything to it. The shower was way too hot I could barely stand the lowest setting. Really inconvenient location too

Bathroom door was not locking.
There should be a not skid bathtub sticker
Otherwise there might be an accident!
I was almost getting slipped in bathtub 😢😢

All of the staff were very friendly, the property was always clean, it was very quiet and parking was never a problem.
