Rooms are clean, big and nice, but the pillows are very puffy, which made our sleep very uncomfortable sadly. I would recommend that they offer the option of getting smaller pillows, or you can bring your own. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!

Perfect spot in Fairmont Hot spring. we had two suites with the green number 9 as backyard. The swimming pool is smaller than what the picture look like. But the view everywhere is a WOW

Cleaning good, no tv in bed room, bathroom tile broken, mattress need replacement, no elevator, Last if asking the front desk everything said no, not even said try it.

Our family comes and stays here often. It was always our accommodation of choice, however this time when checking in they asked for a deposit even though we were paid in full. This has not been the case in previous visits. Don’t mind paying it but it should be clearly stated when booking.
