Hôtel simple mais convenable. Draps et serviettes moyennement propres, car manque de personnel nous a t on dit.... Au Petit déj, la serveuse préfère regarder son tel plutôt que de remettre des bagels, pas gracieuse. Lit trop mou a notre goût. Note, 5 sur 10

I had to extend my stay by a day and chose to do it directly at the hotel rather than through Expedia. The manager ended up charging me five times the quoted rate and ghosted me after repeated attempts just to get a receipt.

The staff was friendly, attentive and expedient, especially the check-in; for check-out, the staff was super-accommodating to switch to a late checkout same-day, since we were running behind in our schedule. My only issue was with the coffee bar/breakfast area, as there were zero napkins provided for the duration of our stay, even during the posted complimentary breakfast hours; there were zero lids for the coffee cups provided during the duration between check-in & check-out, and the coffee urns on our departure day were emptied by the middle of the breakfast hours and not refilled by time we were leaving, late. I understand the staffing was minimal and figured there were likely shortages of manpower to cover a guest's anticipated needs...but napkins are pretty basic, & we used up all of our bathroom tissues in lieu of having napkins at the breakfast area. I definitely was pleased with the location of this property, the comfort of our room, and grateful for a working fridge for our necessities in the room as well. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Fairmont.

The room smelled like dogs had been in it. I sprayed my body spray, then my husband sprayed his too!

Easy access off 79. Swiftly checked in. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient.

Carpets were filthy. Drapes and bed skirts were stained and unclean!! Room smelled horrible like mold and mildew!

Hotel was in disrepair, house keeping not up to par. The room and the hotel are dirty. Carpets in room is dirty and stained. Not a pleasant experience.
