Checked in with Miguel who was awesome!!!! Went out to get our bags and the "Marine" that checked in before me was dragging his "wife" into a room. Kept telling her as she laid in the hallway to get up or he was taking her to detox.

We arrived later in the evening and only went in the room to drop off our luggage, then went out to eat. Returned to our room and it was disgusting! Sink and shower were dirty, sheets were wrinkled like someone slept in it. Evidently the room was not cleaned after the last guest. Called down to the front desk and we were brought clean sheets and made our own bed. They didn’t offer us to change rooms. Went down in morning told the front desk. We couldn’t get a refund from the hotel because we booked it from this website.

Besides the idiot that my husband talked to who double charged us for our room, everyone else was soo amazing. The girl behind the desk took the time to explain why she couldnt give me a refund (totally understand why), the cleaning staff was upbeat and friendly, overall loved it, just dont listen to the jack wagon behind the desk after 10pm check in when he says "the room wasnt paid for if you book on hotels.com" now i have to wait until next week when im home to despute anything or my debit card will be froze for my family trip.

Do not stay here. Cost us $165 Canadian and was filthy. Had bugs flying around the room and was a double bed not a queen. Absolutely lowest of the low. Book anywhere else but here.
