Great Cabin

Smooth dirt road to access reach the cabin, which is tucked away in the trees. Absolute privacy in the backyard.
Cabin is very nice and spacious inside. Close to various trails and about 15 minutes to Fairplay.
The beds were comfortable, but bring your own pillow if you want something firm.
**Remember to heat up the hot tub when you first arrive. The owners keep it in the 70s prior to guest arrival. It heats up quick though and we had it up to 102 in a few hours.

Wonderful Cabin Stay
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was perfect location for activities in the Fairplay area. One person did a trail marathon, another climbed Mt Sherman and another met a friend in Breck. We also took our Jeep over Mosquito Pass while there. We enjoyed the space and the large deck with the grill. We hosted a celebration for family after the marathon and cooked a great meal.
Space was comfortable and clean and communication with the host was excellent and fast. It was a great stay in a great place.

Excellent Colorado Vacation Home Stay!

We appreciated all the amenities the cabin had to offer, including the 6-person hot tub, a fully-stocked kitchen and fully-stocked bathrooms, washer and dryer, and grill. The location was also great since the cabin was secluded, but only a few miles from the highway. The only con we experienced was the Internet, which was extremely variable and often not strong enough even to load even e-mail or Apple Maps. Otherwise, though, we would definitely consider staying here again for future trips!

Great Cabin

The kitchen was well equipped.The hot tub under the stars was a great. We even saw a shooting star. We saw a herd of elk just down the road that was so cool.The road into the cabin is a little rough but we had SUV's and made it fine. We would definitely stay here again.Thanks for making our Family vacation so wonderful.
