This luxury retreat has been fully remodeled with all new flooring, appliances, amenities and brand new heating & air conditioning throughout.

With a very private and quiet backyard - you can read a book, relax or play a game of croquette on the lawn and enjoy our Fallbrook sunshine. The kitchen is fully equipped with new high-end appliances with a large center island that you can pull up a stool and have your morning coffee. 2 sets of sliding doors open onto the patio ready for al-fresco dining underneath the market lights.

All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with new luxury linens.

The Master Suite features all new luxury California King bed and a master bath completely remodeled with custom double vanity.

Bedroom #2 with a deluxe king pillow top bed.

Bedroom #3 with a deluxe queen pillow top bed and an extra long deluxe twin bed.

Bathroom #2 is a full hall bath with all new luxury amenities.

Excellent neighborhood for walking and many hiking trails throughout the area.

Fallbrook weather is pretty excellent year round, making outdoor activities delightful.

We have 2 beautiful golf courses just minutes from our front door, a thriving vintage barn shopping community, many hiking trails to explore and conveniently located to numerous wineries and a few Indian Reservation Casinos.

No pets are permitted on this property.

Perfect holiday
This place is beautiful!!! The back yard was a perfect place for my family to hangout and play baggo and eat and enjoy each others company!! Owners were quick to respond to questions. Loved everything about it.

We stayed at this home for my brothers wedding and it turned out perfect! The host was extremely responsive and always responded so quickly! She had great recommendations and answered any questions I had. The house has a great layout and met all of our needs. If we ever need to stay in this area again, we will for sure stay here.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!
Words cannot adequately describe how AMAZING this house was! It is in a beautiful neighborhood and the home is IMMACULATE! The house is so beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more! We were all busy with a wedding and hoped we had rented it for an extra day or 2 to enjoy all it had to offer. The back yard was beautiful and so relaxing and great games to play. Jenna, the Host, was always quick to respond and so friendly to work with. We will DEFINITELY stay again!!!

The property is a well maintained, beautiful and relaxing retreat. The owner has thought of all the small details to make your stay enjoyable. Modern Farmhouse North San Diego Co
Charming, updated, country ranch with gorgeous kitchen and plenty of space for a family. Clean, well-stocked, with great communication with owner. Fallbrook, though, is a bit off the beaten path and San Diego is a big county, so make sure the location fits your plans.

Perfect home
The home was just the perfect place for family to stay for our son’s wedding in Fallbrook. It was close to Live Oak Park where we had a welcome reception as well as the golf course where the wedding was held. We also enjoyed El Parque restaurant for a casual dinner one of the nights. Home had everything we could possible want.

Wonderful Family Time
Great location, easy access to all the areas and events we needed to attend. We were in town for our nephews wedding. All our adult children were able to join us and this home was the perfect size. It had everything we needed. Grocery stores were fairly close. There were 3 great areas to gather. Kitchen, living room and a nice out door patio. We enjoyed a beach day that was only 30 mins away. Over all the stay was almost perfect the only complaint is it was not long enough!

Stayed here for Christmas with our adult children. Cutest house with all the comforts of home. The owner is very easy to communicate with and she had the house spotless when we arrived. Highly recommend this house for your next getaway!!

We were visiting for a wedding in the area. The home was located a short distance from the venue which made it very convenient. This house was amazing! The name Chic Boutique truly fits it as it is so well decorated.

This house is a true gem. The decor is just lovely, so peaceful. Quiet neighborhood yet convenient enough to anything you may want or need. We especially enjoyed croquet in the back yard.
