Emplacement : Location was ideal
We had a terrific stay for ski in and out. Dinner on Saturday night was exceptional.

Pour : Friendly relaxed environment with extremely helpful staff.
Contre : Centrally located, but still a bit of a walk to/from lifts.
Wet entrance with drying room and ski/board storage room.

Thanks for the review, Mick. It sounds like you didn't take advantage of ski-in ski-out which is our trademark for getting to and from lifts when the roads are covered in snow, or the intra-village free shuttle. Hope you return and we can spend some time with you explaining the home trail and how to avoid any inconvenience accessing lifts :)

Thanks for taking the time to review. Sorry to hear you felt Sarah was 'no' help - we love to employ an interesting, diverse and multicultural staff but with that sometimes the local knowledge is limited. We actually pride ourselves on our high level of customer service which would be better appreciated on a stay longer than overnight. Those pesky spiders have been busy again - thanks for alerting us!

Agree - a couple of the bathrooms are a bit cold - but you're very welcome to request an extra heater :) Hopefully this will be improved in a couple of years when the upgrade is done.
