An amazing location so very close to a central lift but with that came lots of noise from the pub downstairs when you wanted to chill after a day on the slopes. Unreliable wifi prohibited streaming anything on TV and requests to staff for assistance always received the same response ‘I’ll phone the manager and call you back’ rather than a resolution. Disappointing experience given the price.

Easy booking. Excellent communication with property when we had a question or two before arrival. Fabulous location right on the road at Falls Creek which means easy unloading of bags, easy checking, lift in building which helps take up everything, right in the main heart of village near ski lift. Room generous 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with hot tub on balcony. Great open plan kitchen, 2 tvs and plenty of space. Would definitely book again.

Hot tub issue

Management verbally indicated that they would compensate us, but at check-out, the manager was not available and after leaving, I have received no response to my email and request for follow-up call or action. It leaves us with a poor impression on their management and care for their care and attention to their guests expectations. Based on this, we don’t plan to visit Falls Ck again or stay at this property

The St Falls complex has transformed Falls Creek by providing a vibrant village feel near the easier slopes.
Unfortunately this year the exterior wood of the building looks a little sad, it would be a shame to lose such a landmark.
On our balcony had water marks on the roof like it had been leaking. Although this didn't effect our stay
