What you cannot beat is the location to Bream Cove. Breakfast is classy, nothing too fussy but everything executed perfectly. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are all incredibly pleasant.

Rooms too hot and no way of cooling them down. Beds uncomfortable. Hotel felt very tired and didn’t smell great. Staff were nice. Not the quality I’d expect for the cost. Lovely gardens.

Hello Felicity,We are sorry you did not enjoy all elements of your stay . The wonderful sunshine we have been experiencing does mean it has been a little warmer than normal , we provide a fan in all rooms and had we of known you were feeling a little warm would have ask one of the team to see if they could assist you in cooling the room. The Hotel underwent a full refurbishment and our retro decor is intentional , while the design time had hoped to appeal to as many of our guests as possible we do appricate that everyone's taste in decor is not the same. We do hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.Best Wishes Suzannah Front of House Manager
