It was like a secluded plantation Mansion on a quiet dirt road. Words can’t describe the beautiful house, they offered food and transportation, the caretaker was the nicest grandmother, kindly and helpful. And the staff drove me to the lagoon and to my next stay (average taxi price, but 24 hour convenience). I will stay here again when I bring my family, it was luxury at a motel 6 prices. She even squeezed me fresh papaya juice, and cooked a delicious breakfast

No air conditioner was included assuming that every property in Caribe had to have AC. Good for you Expedia!!!!! So, they charge me 40 dollars per day aditional to the rate I already arranged to pay. David and the lady at the property were nice and very kind.

Complete nightmare. Checked out before staying a night. Property description is completely misleading. Air conditioning is not available in any room with a view, the rooms with a view do not have functional showers, staff is rude and always in your room. Avoid this place.

When you initially made your reservation, our team informed you that air conditioning was available in certain rooms for an additional fee. We offered you an upgrade to an air-conditioned room, which you accepted. Unfortunately, we encountered an unexpected issue with the air conditioning system in that particular room, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused. Rest assured, the problem has since been rectified, and our current guests are enjoying a comfortable stay with fully functional air conditioning.Regarding your claim that our staff was rude and frequently entered your room, we find this characterization deeply concerning and contrary to our commitment to providing exceptional service. We pride ourselves on our professional and attentive staff who strive to ensure the comfort and privacy of our guests. It is highly unlikely that our staff would enter your room without your consent or a valid reason. We take all allegations of rudeness or unprofessional conduct seriously, and we have investigated this matter thoroughly. However, we could not find any evidence to support your claim.Additionally, we must address the incident that occurred during your check-out. After informing you that we were unable to process payment through your American Express card, you presented another card that unfortunately did not work. We understand that this situation may have been frustrating for you, but it is important to note that our staff did their best to find a suitable solution. Unfortunately, it is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to swear at our staff, particularly at a 78-year-old lady who was only trying to assist you. Such behavior goes against our values of respect and kindness, and we cannot condone or tolerate it.We strive to maintain a high standard of service and take pride in our reputation as a four-star establishment.
