The resort is very nice. I am sure only because it’s brand new. The staff are horrible. Everyone was so rude and not accommodating. I will never stay here again

Overall our stay was alright--we mentioned before we arrived that it was our anniversary on the 20th--they said they would make note--I mentioned it when we arrived--they said they would make note--nothing special was done on the 20th like they said they would do-that was disappointing--our room had an ocean view but the balcony had a white cement wall blocking the view that our kids could not even see over--thousands of other rooms had glass walls to enjoy the ocean view--this was disappointing--and our king size bedroom was in the room with no windows are view whatsoever and we were the ones paying for the room--our kids got the room with the balcony--this was disappointing. WE found certain staff around the resort to be short, cold, and rude whereas many others were very sweet and accommodating. For the price we paid--the experience did not match.

This all inclusive was a great deal!!! The place was clean and housekeeping came daily to clean our rooms. They had plenty of activities throughout the day. The beach was nice. The staff were friendly and plenty of food options. The view from our rooms were beautiful!!! Highly recommend.

Night life left allot to be desired. Very diverse crowd. Lost 2 days of the adult pool because ppl threw up in the pool after constantly drinking mixed shots given by the bartenders.

First and foremost our stay here was beyond 5 stars. The staff was incredible. We’d like to give a shout out to the employees that made our stay truly one to remember. First up the Kingston Swim up bar crew. Major shout out to Cornel, Antonel, Tricia, Burton, Judy Ann, Tyrese, Menzie, Jenell, Cadrena, and Andre!!! They made our pool experience so magical and provided top of the line services! Next up, the beach servers Calvin and Edward - they never left us dehydrated on the beach!! Next shoutout goes to our favorite lifeguards, Kevin and Clayton - thank you for always being on duty and watching over us as we splashed around in the pool! The entertainment team was 20/10 HUGE shoutout to Toolsie (aka Rooster). This guy is truly one of a kind and never stopped making everyone smile and getting everyone involved in the events. He is a star! Shoutouts to all the girls and Miguel as well!!! The buffet was amazing and we wanted to also shout out our girl Champagne who made our dining so memorable, she even took the time to walk us out on our last day. We love you all, till we meet again❤️
