The resort is very nice. I am sure only because it’s brand new. The staff are horrible. Everyone was so rude and not accommodating. I will never stay here again

Overall our stay was alright--we mentioned before we arrived that it was our anniversary on the 20th--they said they would make note--I mentioned it when we arrived--they said they would make note--nothing special was done on the 20th like they said they would do-that was disappointing--our room had an ocean view but the balcony had a white cement wall blocking the view that our kids could not even see over--thousands of other rooms had glass walls to enjoy the ocean view--this was disappointing--and our king size bedroom was in the room with no windows are view whatsoever and we were the ones paying for the room--our kids got the room with the balcony--this was disappointing. WE found certain staff around the resort to be short, cold, and rude whereas many others were very sweet and accommodating. For the price we paid--the experience did not match.

The Hotel is new and Good, the Buffet was good ! was there on Christmas Eve and Christmas Eve Dinner was awesome. Beach is Private and Awesome. Most of the Bar Tenders are super nice and very funny, The Adults only pool with bar was awesome, the bartenders there was super fun to be there. I think the Reception staff needs little training and some staff in buffet on Customer service. Apart from that it was awesome xp.

I thought this was a solid resort for families. The food wasn’t great. While the beach is lovely and intoxicating, it is unsuitable for swimming and there are rocks all on the bottom of the ocean that can harm you even with water shoes. If you seeking ocean swimming, you will have to find another resort. Entertainment was fun and the resort was overall clean. I personally wouldn’t go back there, but I value beach swimming overall which I wasn’t able to do.

Only have one major problem with the hotel. Due to the pool chlorine levels, I had two brand new bathing suits ruined, my daughter one, and my son one. Told the customer service and they seemed unaffected by it. Didn’t want a discount or anything but an apology would have been nice. A dismissive thank you for telling us lacked sincerity.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its cleanliness and the variety of food options available, which were excellent. The shows were entertaining and showcased great talent. However, I did have one concern regarding the attire of the performers. While I respect individual choices in clothing, I noticed that the female performers were dressed more provocatively compared to their male counterparts. This disparity stood out to me, especially considering the presence of impressionable children in the audience. I believe this aspect could be improved to create a more balanced and family-friendly environment. I recently spent three nights at this hotel and found it to be very relaxing. I had a lovely room with a view up on the 12th floor. The room was clean and comfortable, and the on-site restaurants were enjoyable. Making reservations and requests through the app was incredibly easy, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed with the limited room service options. The hotel only offered continental breakfast, which I found quite boring. It would have been better if more options from the buffet, like pizza, spaghetti, or burgers, were available for room service. Additionally, the reservation included $624 in credits, which I thought could be used at the resort. Unfortunately, these credits were essentially coupons and not actual dollars, meaning they had limited use and required additional out-of-pocket spending. This was misleading and frustrating, as I ended up not using any of these so-called credits. Overall, despite the room service and credit issues, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations.
