The property was wonderful and the host was excellent. I had lots of questions during our stay as it was our first time in Falmouth, and the host made sure we had answers to everything we needed. They even had a binder full of local recommendations in the room when we checked in!

When you pull in the driveway off of the busy road, you immediately feel at peace with the surroundings. There is ample parking and a yard that reflects great care and the natural beauty of the Cape. The room was so clean and comfortable. I love soft sheets and they were luxurious. Liza, the owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The place was also affordable and about a 7 minute ride to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. We stayed for 2 nights and I would certainly stay there again

we had the pleasure of meeting the hosts and they were most helpful in advising on our trip to Martha's Vineyard. the room was comfortable and very clean. there was quite a lot of noise from road traffic, not something we are used to but that's just us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was such a delight to get to know you two a bit on your visit to the Cape and Islands! We were so glad that you got a chance to really relax and enjoy the gardens while you were here. It was great to see you two sitting out in the adirondack chairs sipping your wine amid the birds and the flowers :-)

Hello Colleen,
I am sorry that you were disappointed with our check-in time. Making sure that each of our guests check-in to a thoroughly cleaned room is of the utmost importance to us and we make sure to devote the time necessary to each room. We are happy to accommodate early check-in with advanced notice, when possible. Unfortunately, with limited staffing and no advanced notice we cannot always promise a room will be ready early. As we explained when you arrived, we would try our best and it was likely to be done early. We understand that you had an important meeting and would not have wanted you to miss it if your room wasn't ready until 3 p.m. which is the check-in time. We texted you 10 minutes before check-in to let you know your room was, in fact ready early.
It is helpful to inform us of special time sensitive plans that involve early check-in before your arrival so that we can try to make a plan together of what is possible.

This was a great property! The owner did her best to ensure that they were Covid conscious as well! The property was beautiful and they had their own garden and chickens! It would have been wonderful to enjoy breakfast considering the fresh food they had available right on the property, nevertheless, I understand considering the circumstances.
I would stay here again for sure!
