The house is perfect and has everything you need. We travelled with a group of 29 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. Nik is a very nice host and always willing to help. We would like to come back!

Wunderbare Wohlfühl-Oase

Wir waren mit 25 Personen in dem tollen Haus in Fano. Da das Haus so viele tolle Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib bietet, gab es die ersten Tage kaum den Drang, es zu verlassen. Besonders schön fanden wir den Pool, die Terrasse und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr wertschätzend. Auch Lirim, der Housekeeper, der täglich zum Pool Reinigen und Müll Entsorgen vorbei kommt, ist sehr freundlich und diskret. Falls jemand plant, für viele Personen zu kochen, wäre es ratsam, selbst noch große Töpfe und Pfannen sowie Geschirrtücher mitzunehmen. Hierfür ist die Küche etwas klein und eher spärlich ausgestattet.

Very nice vacation despite uncertainties.

It was a really nice vacation. It is very clean, there is a large kitchen and enough bathrooms. There are also enough beds, but this comes across as confusing in the description. There is room for at least 25 people in the house. The Person in charge on site is also very nice and you feel very comfortable.

Great house, garden and pool

It is a beautiful house with a very nice Garden an a Great Poo. The house is perfect for big groups. We had a great time!

Pfingsturlaub 2023

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, wir waren mit drei Familien und insgesamt 11 Teenager Kindern dort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Kommunikation mit Nik war sehr schnell. Das Haus war perfekt für uns, sehr schöner Pool und Außenanlage, guter offener Grill, alles sauber. Ausflüge nach Urbino, San Marino und Sirolo/Conero sind gut machbar. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Soggiorno a Fano

Soggiorno piacevole grazie anche alla disponibilità del proprietario e dei suoi collaboratori. Ideale per famiglie grazie agli ampi spazi all'aperto (inclusa la piscina)e al chiuso.

Vacanza con gli amici a fano

Eravamo un gruppo di amici composto da 11 persone. La casa è veramente spaziosa e ci sono un sacco di posti letto, si nota subito l'età un po' avanzata della casa, ma non da fastidio. Abbiamo notato giusto qualche pecca, il frigo non tiene benissimo (il freezer invece si) , se si mette tanta roba c'è il rischio che aumenti la temperatura minima e di conseguenza il cibo non si raffredda molto. Il bidè nei bagni non c'è purtroppo. Essendo in 11, mangiare in casa era infattibile, ma per fortuna fuori all'aperto ci sono due tavoli molto grandi e anche un sacco di alberi, quindi siamo sempre riusciti a mangiare tranquilli con un sacco di spazio e ombra. Punto ad onore alla cucina molto ben fornita, con pentole e padelle ed altro che reggono la quantità per 11 persone (mancano però il tostapane e il micronde). Quindi nel complessivo ci siamo trovati da dio, e di sera fa anche fresco, dunque si dorme benissimo, grazie al fatto che si è lontani dallla città, cosa che può risultare stressante per alcuni perché bisogna fare sempre la macchina per andare al mare (circa 10min di distanza in macchina)

We will take good note of your comments and take the following actions in order to please our future guests : - new fridge - micro wave and bread toaster - new table that can accomodate all the guests. We also have the pleasure in informing that the house is changing and we have added the rest of the house for the rental, meaning the house can host 18 guests, with 3 additional bedrooms, and one additional living room, and 2 bathrooms (which have the bidet).
