Upon check-in we were told the pool was open til 11. When we arrived to swim at 10:05 we were told the pool was closed at 10. The next morning when we went for a swim the pool hours posted in the pool area said it was open til 11 so we were very disappointed that it was closed at 10 the night before. We had a hottub room but the plug for the hottub was broken so we had to find a sharp object to pry the plug open and empty the tub. The bathroom sink had no plug at all. We tried to use the only laundry facilities but after adding my clothes and soap and starting the machine, it started agitating and went through a wash cycle without actually filling with water. They did refund my money for the wash but there was only 1 machine and the laundry was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel so that was disappointing. The continental breakfast was "acceptable" but nothing more. The eggs were not cooked evenly and tasted like they were probably microwaved and not cooked properly. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. But WAY overpriced for the condition of the room and I will not likely stay here again.

The shower curtain was turning orange and molding. There was a spider in my towel. THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT for any damage with no warning of doing so. They did refund it in just over 24 hours of check out. I think we’re done with Wyndham.

Everything was very nice,clean and co.fortable.Staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. It was disappoimting to use all the cheep disposable plastic for such a nice hotel though

There was no elevator, and we had a long walk down the hallway to our room - a bit of a challenge for old people
