Someone took some great pictures!! Rooms smelled a touch musty but the hotel was nice. Had a pool that was really nice.

Felt like an updated motel, though the pool and eating area were fine.

When we checked in they accidentally tried charging us again… come to find out it is $40 cheaper just to reserve directly through the hotel vs Expedia… very noisy place. I think there are definitely other hotels worth looking into.

Our apologies regarding the confusion on our part for the billing at check in, we will make sure all team members are fully trained on check in process for 3rd party reservations. It is convenient while traveling. The staff was very friendly. The room was great. Doors on both sides easier for us because we travel with a guide dog. We will be staying there again.

Shortly after unpacking found dead Cockroach on the edging btw carpet and tile flooring. Can't imagine cleaning staff missing it but they said my room was cleaned. Manager made aware and offered change in room or $5 discount in their attached restaurant. In my opinion, not a great response. The breakfast buffet on first dway was lacking. No yogurt. Only white bread and bagels. One waffle machine and so lineup of 15 min each day. Eggs and sausage with muffin and grits was other option. No orange juice and coffee wasn't drinkable. Very disappointed.

Thank you for the feedback, we really do appreciate it. Unfortunately when having a prepaid reservation through a 3rd party, we are unable to discount here directly at the hotel. When moving of rooms was declined, the coupon was just a small gesture at the time.

Lobby was nice and front desk was friendly. Room had peeling wallpaper and a lot of deferred maintenance.
