I was awaken several times through the night by the strong smell of dust and old dirt that emanated from the carpet and the comforter.

I am so sorry to hear about your less than satisfactory stay with us. I have addressed these problems with my staff and assure you we will be working hard so no other guests deal with the same problem of poor room condition. I didn't get to stay because I didn't have a $300 deposit and so I need my refund as soon as possible please and thank you

Mattress protector was either too small for a king size bed or it was old . . . it moved as you moved in the bed creating an uncomfortable ridge along the mattress.
