Horrible experience: first, we were overcharged they refused to honor the Hotels.com rate we reserved and paid a deposit towards. We were overcharged by over $430, but we did not know that until our card got charged the first night. Their paperwork did not show a change of rate, but only referenced the Hotels.com rate. We were supposed to have an accessible ADA room for our child who is disabled, but that was not provided. It was so narrow in places she could barely get her child's sized walker to pass. The pool lift was also broken, and the bath tub had no grip handles and the "tub" part did not work: the drain was fused open, and could not be made into a bath. Literally a horrible experience, and staff were rude and did not solve a thing. They told me to take it up with "corporate" and "hotels.com or whatever." Prior to our stay we were assured the room would be ADA compliant. It was definitely not, and when we inquired at check-in they said "uh I don't know, if it was reserved then that's what you get." Nope. Do NOT stay there. It made an already bad trip even worse.
