Room was dirty as was bedding. When we told the front desk they brought new sheets while we were out but didn't actually make the bed. They just tossed the new sheets on top. They gave us a voucher for half off our next stay which was nice, but for the best hotel in the city, it was disappointing for sure. Also, only 1 floor is pet free. Again, it is supposed to be a nice hotel, I can't image pet dander / fur everywhere is going to help that.

Consequently, it is supremely disappointing to hear that we failed to exceed expectations during your most recent visit. I am very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue. I will speak to the staff on why the bed was not made with the clean new sheets.
