Weekend with family
Publié le 4 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family stayed for a weekend while attending a wedding. We found this home to be conveniently located and plenty of room for our family of eight ranging from 20 months to 60 years old.
Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are wonderfully updated and The home is spacious!

Great option for large family

Ladies week
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is in a good location but was very dirty. Floors weren’t swept and were very sticky. Rugs not shaken out. Furniture very dusty. Broken coffee mugs in the cabinet. Yard overgrown. Outdoor trash can overflowing. Would be a nice place to stay if it was cleaned up.

Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe liked the property. Beautiful neighborhood, actually the CBS news was there to interview home owners as the neighborhood was voted best neighborhood in Fargo. Plenty of room and comfortable for 8 adults.

Great space ans location

Great house for a large group
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family came to Fargo for a college graduation. The house is in a perfect location and was large enough for us to spread out but also come together for a meal, movie or games.
The pictures accurately reflect the spacious house. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay home and make a meal.
The basement had some water issues and the dehumidifier needs to run 24/7 and be emptied at least once a day. I'm guessing this is less of an issue in dryer summer months. One of the rooms had a wet carpet by the sump pump and the mirror on the floor even had water damage.
I reached out to the owner on the app a couple of different times but did not get any response about a couple of minor concerns but when I reached out to the numbers listed on the information sheets in the house, they immediately responded and showed up to restock our paper towels and coffee pods.
Overall a great house.

Publié le 19 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the property and all the amenities. It was perfect for our group of 10. The location is quiet, the parking space is great. We enjoyed the large kitchen, played games downstairs and used the hot tub each night. Would definitely recommend!
