It was clean, close to a restaurant.

The person checking us in was very rude to another customer who had a simple question. It would've taken less time to answer her question than it did to tell her that she would have to wait until she finished checking me in. We were unknowingly given a poolside room without first asking if it was OK and the pool noise kept us awake. There was a party going on in the neighboring room and hallway keeping us awake. I politely asked those guests if they could keep it a little quieter, go into the room, and shut their door. They wouldn't. After awhile, I finally called the front desk to see if they could ask the guests to be quiet and they said that they were allowed to make noise up until midnight! Well, they purred much later than that. I asked about another room and they said there were no other rooms available. We could cancel our room if we wanted, but at that time of night, where would we go? We were in our pajamas, unpacked, and had all of our food in the cooler. Leaving was not a good option. We may be got four hours of sleep. The hotel was quite rundown compared to the last time I stayed there. The bathroom floor was not very clean in the corners, etc. There should be 2 waffle makers for the large number of people at the hotel. The wait was too long. The others in my party had already finished breakfast by the time I was able to get my waffle and join them. We paid way too much for a rundown, poorly run hotel.

No recomiendo este hotel las instalaciones estaban muy sucias fue tanto así que tuve que buscar otro hotel y perder mi dinero.

I got there early and prepared to be told I couldn't get in my room till 3. However, the staff was super friendly and said they had a room ready so they checked me in and I got a nap before my show that night! I love hotels that actually care about their customers and this one does.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I booked this hotel because it had a pool. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed for maintenance but would be open the next morning. It was closed our entire stay. Had the hotel told me prior to arrival I would have cancelled. This was totally unfair. Also the hotel was filthy. Dirty carpets, disgusting elevators and garbage in the hallways. We were on the third floor and used the stairs because of the elevator. The room had paint missing on the walls and the curtains were off the track.

Average stay overall, but at the time we booked the hotel didn't inform us that their pool would be closed for maintenance during our stay. We only booked 3 days prior to our stay and we would have chosen a different hotel had we known their pool was closed as there were other options for a similar price in the vicinity.
