This is a decent discount hotel in a very convenient location. Shopping and many dining locations nearby. ,It appears that some updating of the rooms are in progress, but quite behind schedule. The mattresses are worn out and the hall carpeting and air returns are filthy. The breakfast is the same each day, but is attended vigilantly to assure that items don’t run out. If you are young, on a budget and not affected by mattress quality, this is a great choice. For seniors like us with back issues, I would recommend an option you are familiar with to get a good nights sleep.

Oh it was really quite nice overall. Very nice and quiet which I really appreciate when I finally can get away~Maintenance was needed for mold ( real unhealthy)around tub caulking which if not mostly covered by caulking I would have asked for another room. And air duct filters were very dirty but I just rinsed it off and air dried and put back. Slow drain in sink..drippy tub faucet. But I really did enjoy my stay other then that.

The property is not bad,but some things are run down. We stayed in the whirlpool suite. There was a jet nozzle that was broken, laying on the edge of the tub. The ceiling above the bed jad water damage. The couch and floor were stained. Needed some heavy duty cleanin.

Felt like it needed some updates. Overall it was fine just those little details like a crusty ceiling and patched up bathroom door that made it feel dingy

Everything was fine except the cleaning staff. They went into our room when we had the do not disturb sign up. They took our belongings out of our room before we checked out. They were rude and disrespectful when approached them. They threw items away out of fridge that we left to come back for during our checkout.
