Too adamant and uncooperative Staff

The front office staff is not courteous, and their processes vary from person to person. They refuse to apply GST at check-in, claiming it will be done at checkout. However, the checkout team insists it should have been done by the check-in team. They are too adamant and uncooperative.

Wow! What a disappointment. I'm not a travel snob demanding 5* treatment at a budget hotel. I booked the Ginger Fariidabad with relatively low expectations but even as a seasoned traveller in India they exceeded all my expectations (in a bad way). Issues started when the airport transfer booked with them didnt show up. I called from the airport after waiting an hour to be told they hadn't arranged it afterall. What a shame, i got to know their trqnsport driver during my stay and he was very helpful. Collection from the airport should not have been an issue. On arrival i was given a tiny with a single bed, the bed frame was solid (unsprung) and the mattress was like sleeping on a bag of potatoes. The shower didnt work and the tap flooded the bathroom area when used. The toilet did work but the scrap of toilet roll left by previous guests was insufficient and not acceptable. These were relatively minor inconvenieces compared to the noise!! The hotel overlooks a very busy flyover and road junction. The constant road noise and beeping of horns 24 hours a day is intolerable by even the hardiest of travellers. It wasnt possible to award a 0 star review but test assured if it had been available I would have selected it. On the plus side, the food was OK and reasonably priced. Would i recommend this hotel? Definitely NO. Give it a wide berth.

Don't stay at all this hotel, really terrible experience,i never see dirty place like this and staff too :(

Not recommended for Business trip

Not so clean room, the elevator was not working propoerly. Will not recommend to stay for a business trip

Very poor service

Room was very small and air conditioner was very noisy.My wife asked for hair drayer they said will send to room but never did Next morning I call for iron reception told me will send in 5 minuets but called me hour later that it’s not available.
