Your front desk staff needs lot of training and grooming.
I stayed at the hotel from 13-15 and again from 16-17 May 2024.
On 14th evening I had filled the Raddison membership form and given to the lady sitting on the front desk but till the time I checked out 2nd time on 17th May she did not take
Any action on that membership form.
On 17th at the time of checkout she told me she will email it to me but even 30 hours later I have not received the same.
Wonder what is the basis for your selection of such incompetent staff
