Well to begin with, I booked a room for three people and I was told at the property that the third person has to be a child. When I first booked it clearly states 3 adults. They wanted to cancel my booking at the property. Breakfast it’s just plain. The fried egg was probably fried a night before it was cold and dry. Second floor was clean and didn’t smell. The first floor where the breakfast was served it had bad odor. I traveled a lot and I have never experience such problem when it comes to booking three adults (family) in one junior suit room. In this hotel I experienced this problem. Be careful when booking to this hotel.

Hello Emiljana,I am the guy who welcomed you on the first day at the hotel.Thank you for the review, however written with bad tendencies and not right.I took care to receive you on the first day after your reservation was accepted by the system when in fact we do not allow 3 adults in one room. You understood that and tried to take advantage of this problem of ours by behaving in an incorrect way towards the staff. The hotel is new and we have tried to offer the best conditions for our customers by accepting criticism and improving.Thank you.
