Beautiful home
Posted Oct. 13, 2024 on HomeAwayThis home is better than in the pictures! It is gorgeous and has amazing views. During the day, the main area gets a little warm because the sun comes in all of the glass. We were gone or outside, so it wasn’t a big deal but just as a warning. The left master bedroom, takes the sunrise and all the heat in there so if you are prone to hot close the drapes.
The pool is fantastic. We got in the hot tub, two different nights, even though it was warm temperatures outside during the day. The paddle boards and kayaks were great. There are plenty of spices and salt and pepper and mustard and ketchup in the fridge that you don’t necessarily need to bring all of that. There are not a ton of outlets, but you can always rotate through them if you have a full house. Having a washer and dryer times two is definitely a plus. The location is perfect because we had the beach to ourselves (staying in slower season of October)

Gorgeous house but lacks functionality
Posted Aug. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayThis house is gorgeous outside and the pool area is amazing, but the design is really difficult for a group of friends. It doesn't have a 1/2 bath or any bathrooms outside of bedrooms. I think it's best for families and was poorly designed for a big group of friends. friends are walking in / out of each other rooms all day and in the night to use th bathrooms. It also lacks storage, so things like the broom / vacuum are in someone's room instead of a central place. The air conditioning was iffy and the main room didn't cool down, the hot water wasn't hot enough for all of us to shower and the stove was inconsistent - it's a cooktop and it kept cutting out for our chef. We had an amazing time, but the layout of the house and the functionality of the above were slight challenges.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that you found Beausoleil House and the pool area to be gorgeous, and that you had an amazing time. However, we are disappointed that your experience did not meet the five-star standard we consistently strive for, and we wanted to address some of the points that you raised.
Following your check out, we arrived to our house in Exuma to personally investigate the concerns you mentioned. The stove has been thoroughly tested and works perfectly. The variation in brightness that you mentioned is a standard for electric stove tops. After discussing this with your chef, it appears that the issue was more related to user error than a problem with the stove itself.
The air conditioning units are brand new and specifically oversized to ensure maximum comfort. We discovered that the unit had been set to eco mode during your stay, which cools more slowly to conserve energy. When used on the appropriate setting, the units are more than capable of cooling the space efficiently. We have tested this during our current stay and the room is consistently at 65 degrees inside while it is 95 degrees outside.
Regarding the hot water, our two industrial-sized hot water tanks were recently tested and are functioning perfectly.
We also want to address an important point: during your stay, you hosted an unauthorized party of 20 people at the property. Our home is designed to be enjoyed by families and friend groups of up to 12 persons. Unfortunately, the large gathering you hosted was not in line with the intended use of the home. Additionally, there were damages incurred during your stay that require repairs.
Our property manager was available throughout your stay to assist with any issues, and we are also available as mentioned during check in, but we did not receive any communication from you regarding these concerns. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address any concerns.
At Beausoleil House, we are deeply committed to providing a five-star experience for all of our guests, and we regret that your experience fell short of that. We take pride in maintaining a high standard of quality and service, and we hope future guests will continue to enjoy the beauty, tranquility, and comfort that our home offers.

Beautiful property

For planners, the house had a very user friendly app with recommendations for activities, restaurants, and advice, which we relied upon and proved to be very useful. Definitely highly recommend this beautiful home and community!

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION - Book Now!

We have traveled as a family to many places and have learned over the years what to look for in a house to fit adults, children and babies. Beau Soleil has everything we desire in a vacation home. The layout of the house with 6 separate bedrooms, four of those being suites with their own huge bathrooms, plus an enormous great room with kitchen, dining and living areas that look out on the back deck and patio with pool and the ocean beyond are amazing. There are tons of dishes, silverware, utensils, towels, beach towels and all the appliances you use at home. Many houses don't come supplied for the number of people they sleep. The beds were awesome, we all slept well. They even have pack n plays for the babies. Both Rob and Karen, as well as Samantha, the house manager, were always quick to respond to my many questions. The excursions they recommended were exactly what we were looking for. We made sure to spend half the day at the house each day enjoying the beach and pool and spa there. Being able to go straight from the pool to the ocean and back is so much fun. And there was always beach, even at high tide. It was windy during our stay so we had zero bugs! One thing that we didn't do that I would recommend doing is to have Samantha shop for your group ahead of time. The markets are not what we are used to here at home and there definitely aren't fast food places anywhere on the island. Restaurants are limited so cooking is a good option.

Excellent Beach Front Property
Posted Jul. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayWhat an exclusive and beautiful property! Everything we had hoped for and more for a family vacation! The house is perfectly designed for large groups. 3 bedrooms on each side of the house with the kitchen and great room between. Ample room for privacy.
There was a constant slight breeze at the house which was lovely - kept the mosquitos away. We only experienced a few mosquitos on the last evening when there was absolutely no breeze, but even then it was not an issue. Just a couple of bites.
If the kids (ages 5 & 7) weren’t swimming in the pool, they were boogie boarding in the ocean directly in front of the house. We took them out to the little reef on the paddle boards and they were able to snorkel and see all sorts of fish. They spent endless hours looking for hermit crabs and other beach treasures. It was fun to watch them explore while the adults relaxed with drinks in hand.
We only left the house one day to travel to Cocoplum beach where we found countless sand dollars! We only kept 3, but it was so fun snorkeling for them! That’s how much we loved the house! No need to go anywhere else … we were in paradise!

Absolutely Amazing
Posted Jun. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayThere are not enough adjectives to describe this beautiful house. This was our 2nd time staying at Beau Soleil and it was as perfect as the first time. There is so much to do in Exuma so coming back was an easy yes for us. This house was beyond perfect for us and our friends, very spacious and each morning every one woke up refreshed and said how very comfortable the beds were. Sam and Emmitt are top notch and available with help when you need it. They are so friendly and made our stay even more pleasant with their recommendations. If you are looking for a spacious house with everything you will need, this house is it. I can not wait to come back Rob and Karen, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We had the best time.
