The property is decent, just getting worn out. Floors are showing wear inside and outside of rooms. The shower ran slowly as did the toilet at times.
It did serve it's purpose, just not as nice as the usual Marriott experience.

Great front desk customer service. Room ok. Way too noisy. You can hear the next door upstairs people thumping screaming. Kids hanging outside the parking lot. Room very outdated. I don’t think ill come back. Especially the price we paid wasn’t worth it.

Room was large but bed was too soft, very poor for posture. Didn't like the accessible shower. Breakfast was good. Very noisy in corridor outside the room.

Front desk check-in people are helpful. Complimentary breakfast is convenient and good.

Great location but renovations are having an impa
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HotelsStaff was exceptional however, the hotel is undergoing a complete makeover. 25% of the room are not available. The room had several issues (door, lights bedding, etc) they were handled by the staff quickly and done well. Breakfast is a plus with good variety and the location is very near shopping and main roads. The room was clean, quiet and the well equipped kitchen was also a plus, especially for longer stays. Rates are higher than expected in view of the renovations. Once it is back to full operation I would give it a 4 star rating.

Great place with your pet

Great pet hotel and breakfast is excellent with a variety of delicious selections.

Great place but now undergoing a full renovation.
Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HotelsBest staff to deal with, which handles problems that arise. The hotel is dated but is now starting a full renovation one floor at a time. Sofa bed is soft and not as comfortable as some. That said enjoyed the stay and the location is excellent and despite being next to the small airport is very quiet as well.
