Not to satisfied
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe inconvenience of a broken elevator was the worst. Having to lug our bags n suitcases up n down the stairs with a bad knee n a bad back. The pool was EMPTY!! That was a disappointment as we had a child who wanted to swim. There were dust fuzzies in the corners.

I appreciate you bringing it to our attention the issues you encountered. I do greatly apologize and fully understand the inconvenience with the elevator. This was an issue that we could not repair and had to wait till the repair man could come to take care of the problem. I know this does not help the with the guest having to use the stairs
