Booked through Expedia. Specifically requested pool and hot tub. Got to hotel and pool and hot tub were shut down and had been for quite some time. Did. Not find out until check in. Would not allow us to cancel our rooms for two nights. Extremely disappointed.
A lot of homeless people in the parking lot and couldn’t even go out to vehicle without being approached by them. Never again will I book through Expedia or book this hotel.

The river walk behind the hotel is very nice. There's also a village inn, pizza 9vand Dennys within walking distance. Disappointed that the pool and hot tub were out of service

It took them 3 times to get us the room we booked. 3 different keys. 3 different rooms and finally my wife was so pissed we stayed in the 3rd room and it STILL wasn’t the room we booked. Probably the most outdated chain we’ve also stayed at. Usually, they keep these pretty updated. Waste for the money. Skip this one.

I do apologize that you had a bad experience. I do see that the room type your reservation was for was a room with one king bed. I do see where we moved you from being next to the elevator. We moved you to a room at the end of the hall. I am not seeing why you were moved from that room to the top floor.The rooms, lobby and public spaces were fully renovated as of 2-1-2023. This is Marriott's new design. We only have a few things that are still in the process of being updated.Once again I do apologize that you had a bad experience.
