Perfect Everything

A beautiful place to stay!

The house is recently completely redone and it’s beautifully done. Everything was spotlessly clean and every imaginable thing you could need is in the house. Communication with the owner was excellent. If you need a place to stay in Farmington, I am certain you cannot beat this house!

Dad's Hangout is Wonderful!
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed a wonderful visit to Dad's Hangout in Farmington, New Mexico, September 15-18, 2024. Dad's Hangout is offered by Dale Niehaus. It is a fabulously renovated home, in a quiet peaceful neighborhood that is a great place to stay. Dale has gone several extra miles to make sure his guests are welcome, comfortable, and have everything needed for a relaxing, memorable visit. First, the house and neighborhood.
Dad's Hangout has been completely renovated and remodeled! Think of PBS's, "This Old House," series where an older house is transforemd from its aging weariness to a place that is your dream home. That is Dad's Hangout! What a delight. Beautifully tiled floors, lovely remodeled kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, great remodeled bathroom, exceptionally comfortable, tasteful furniture, and the list goes on.
Dale's attention to amenities is remarkable. As an example, in the kitchen coffee in premeasured coffee packets for the coffee maker that make a perfect cup of coffee, sweetners and creamers, bottled spring water, and a remodeled kitchen one dreams about. Beautiful, functionality. Utilityroom with new appliances, lovely dining room with a great table, huge television with all sorts of functions. Covered patio with gas grill and table and chairs.
The Farmington area has numerous attractions to enjoy as well as solid restaraunts.
We apprecaite Dale's efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you! Farmington and Dad's Hangout is on our 2025 to do list.

Wonderful Stay in a perfect Vacation Home
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay in the apartment was absolutely perfect! The communication with the landlord was flawless, all responses were very quick, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was exceptionally clean and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. All shopping facilities were near distance, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The location of the apartment was an ideal starting point for our trips in the area. We were especially impressed with the excellent amenities – everything needed for daily use and cooking was provided.
The host were incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home.
I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free holiday. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return in the future!

So amazing!

We had 3 people and 2 dogs and it was perfect! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, good for walking dogs. Easy in and out, will definitely be staying here again.
