My fiancée worked in a hotel doing front desk work and housekeeping for a hotel, so she has pretty high standards for cleanliness. She said she felt the most comfortable and clean here than she’d felt in every other hotel we’ve stayed in! We definitely will be staying here again next we go through lagoon!

There was literal fecal matter on the walls of the bathroom. The room was outdated, And had almost a film of built up dirt/debris. The front desk staff was friendly, but I would never stay there or add another property of theirs. Definitely not worth the money.

Motel was nice and clean, staff was friendly. Main reason for not giving 5 stars, is that there where a group of kids in the pool and spa. The kids where jumping into the spa diving into the pool and running all over the wet slippery deck. I'm all for kids having fun but with a little safety and some respect. Staff was notified, they walked in, said nothing and walked back out.

It was a clean, nice place for us to stay after a long day at Lagoon. The front desk staff were extremely nice and friendly. One lady chatted with our kids about Lagoon while the other lady got us checked in.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! The staff was knowledgeable, super helpful, and very LGBTQ friendly! Food was amazing too!
