In my 5 years hosting families, professionals and skiers, its the guests who have open hearts, positive attitude and understanding who have the best experiences in their stay. The more they communicate about their needs before and during their stay and appreciate and fully enjoy the many details my team and I provide, the more pleasant their stay is.

Pleasant experience
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a good experience at this property. The neighborhood and surrounding area seems very safe and lots to do close by. Everything in the house was clean and very well-stocked, including snacks left by the owner for us. We did ask to check in a little early (3pm or later vs 4pm) because of our flight but were told there would be a fee involved. I could understand if we were trying to get in a few hours early but for less than an hour I was thinking she might allow that. I think the fee for that short of a time doesn't really reflect good customer service but it is what it is. Overall, a good stay.

On behalf of my team and I, we are overjoyed to know that the home met many of the requirements a home should have to provide a wonderful stay! For the past 5 years we have strived to be as accommodating as possible with our guests. The positive reviews and returning guests have raved about the service they receive during their stay. Our extremely competitive rates and emmense number of complimentary amenities is enjoyed by all guests. The new nominal fee (about 6 months or more) for early check in is out of respect for the cleaning crew who work extremely hard to clean a 6 bedroom, 2 living room, two kitchen home in approximately 5 hours. From time to time the home is ready prior to check in and a courtesy early check in is provided without guests inquiring about it. If a guest requests the early check, 24 to 48 hours in advance (many request when booking), the team must work faster in order to accommodate for the earlier check in. This nominal fee is to respect the hard working team who strive to always provide a clean and hospitable environment for the coming guest. Guests who truly want that earlier check in time have gladly covered the minor fee in order to acquire their preferred earlier time. That said, this is the first time this has been commented and the policy/practice and it will be revisited with the cleaning team's input, since no property can be successful without them.

Great place for a family with room to spread around
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place our family of 9. Plenty of sleeping area and bathrooms for everyone. Close to lagoon amusement park, shopping, fuel and easy to get to the freeway to go either north or south. Good sized fridge and CLEAN so we could come in and add our supplies.
Plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, and drink ware for our family. We wish there were a couple more cookie sheets and one larger pot for cooking pasta but besides that there was plenty of other small and medium bakeware.
Bedding was clean and comfortable for everyone and the games downstairs kept the kids happy on our down time.

Comfy, even for a crowd

Our host was very communicative and thoughtful with each detail—big and small. We all agreed that it was the most well-stocked VRBO we’d ever stayed in. You will not need a thing. I cannot recommend this spot enough for your family and friends.

Anyone visiting Utah should consider a stay at your beautiful home. From our first contact, I felt your warmth and could not wait to meet you.
The house is in a clean, secure neighborhood. I'll be forever grateful for all that you did for us.
