This room was a lot nicer LOOKING than our other room- But it was a bigger nightmare!! There was literal roaches crawling all over the walls and onto the bed! Half of us slept in the car! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! They would not reimburse us, would not put us in another room etc. You could not understand a word they were saying!! It was absolutely disgusting!!!!

So many things wrong with this place! Myself, husband and small children stayed 1 night just wanting to be able to swim and relax. Definitely not the outcome!!
The AC didn’t work properly in room, beds and towels were stained and filthy looking, mold on walls, front desk area stunk so bad almost made me gag! When we all woke up our entire bathroom was covered in water, the ceiling was cracked and water was steadily dripping! We immediately started packing (we had enough) I went to call front desk, the phone in the room has been apparently ripped out of the wall. So after contacting them by my cellphone I informed the front desk over the bathroom situation- At this time it was pouring out!! I couldn’t understand a thing she was saying and honestly don’t think she understood me- So We immediately got out and to the front desk I went! I walked into the lobby and it was like a smack of feces!! I immediately started holding my breath and tried holding it together!! The woman comes out I give her my door key and inform her of the leak AGAIN- she says “ya I told room service” I was like I don’t think u understand someone’s going to be falling through that floor! It’s really bad- Entire floor is covered and it’s going out into the other room. I know she didn’t understand a word I was saying! And I honestly couldn’t take the smell much longer. I practically ran to the car and had a gagging fit in the parking lot! WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO

Seems like people live here as a permanent address. The people look a bit shady! I would have never booked this place if I would have known that. Also, I felt like it would be a place to find bedbugs.
